KOFI OBENG-AYIREBI
TEAM LEADER (PROJECT MANAGER)
Mr. Kofi Obeng-Ayirebi, as the Managing Partner/Leader of Oakbuild Limited Consortium, has proven ability in Building and Civil Engineering Construction, Quantity Surveying/Cost Engineering Services, Construction Project Management & Marketing Management and... He is a very effective coordinator and passionate about the work he undertakes. As a Chartered Marketer and Project Management/Procurement practitioner, Quantity Surveyor & Arbitrators (ADR), he has been involved in the preparation of marketing plans and also managed projects for some reputable organizations in Ghana.
Educational Background and Qualification:
Kofi Obeng-Ayirebi is a Fellow Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (F.GhIS) and Chairman of the Quantity Surveying Division of the GhIS.
He is a holder of M.Sc. in Construction Project Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST) in Kumasi-Ghana and B.Sc. (Hons) Building Technology from U.S.T. Ghana.
He has a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM-UK), and Certificate in Financial Securities (Ghana Stock Exchange).
He also holds a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Management (IPMA – UK).

EDMUND AMOAFO-YEBOAH
PROJECT ACHITECT
Edmund Amoafo-Yeboah is a Professional Architect, and Associate Member of the team of Civil Works and Construction Management Consultants which form OAKBUILD LIMITED CONSORTIUM.... His is area of specialization is Architectural Design/Construction Management.
Edmund is a Ghanaian born, and hold BSc. P.G.Dip, Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi-Ghana.
He is a professional member of Ghana Institute of Architects (M.GIA) and Executive Member of (ICOMOS) International Council on Monuments and Sites.
WILLIAM GYADU-ASIEDU (DR)
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Surv. Dr. William Gyadu-Asiedu, is holds B.Sc. in Build Technology and M.Sc. in Construction Management both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi (KNUST), Ghana.
Willie is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (M.GhIS) and also holds a Graduate Diploma from International Professional Management Association (IPMA) – UK....
As a Quantity Surveyor/Researcher, some of his things he research work include:

Dissertation: Establishing a Data Bank for the Construction Industry locally and internationally.
He hold a MBA in Management from University of Liverpool (UOL).
He also obtained a Ph.D in Construction Management from the Technology University of Eindhoven (TU/e).
JOSEPH KWASI AMANKWAH
CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

He is also a member of America Concrete Institute (MACI), was the First Order Leader of Industry of Architectural and Civil Engineering (LIACE of National Association of Project Managers of Ghana), (N.A.P.M – GHANA)
Ing. Amankwah is a Civil/Structural Engineer with well over twenty-five (25) year’s post-qualification experience.
He has proven experience in design and supervision of Hospitals, Oil Refinery Projects, Reinforced concrete structures relating to building, Water tanks, Bridges culverts and Retaining walls.
